My wife got me using these and they are a great way to organize in your bag. What I love about these is they may be a little more expensive, and really just a few dollars at 9.99 USD vs 6 or 7, the ZIPPER is super strong. Inferior cubes will get hung, not open, and simply come apart leaving you with a useless bag. These also do not have the mesh see through, which is nice to see what you have in there, but it tears easily. These come in 8 colors, get them here.
Not all travel pillows are the same, and that goes for this one too. What I've used before are generally the soft ones that are filled, and they can be bulky, so you have to carry them around your neck all the time.
